'2007 INTER-SCHOOL CAMPDAFTING COMPETITION RESULTS'
The drought made it difficult but the Brigalow Inter-school Campdrafting
Competition continued in 2007........

'2007 BUCKLE SERIES'
Brigalow regrets to inform all loyal followers and competitors of our
'Buckle Series' that due to the severe drought conditions within the
South East Queensland region and the cancellation of many Campdrafts,
the 'Buckle Series' for 2007 will not be able to be run this year.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who
has been involved in the series so far and all going well with more rain
and better conditions we hope to run the 'Buckle Series' in Queensland
again next year.
At present we are negotiating with a committee to run a 'Buckle Series'
in the Northern Rivers district of New South Wales.
'ENCOURAGEMENT AWARDS & BUCKLE SERIES WINNERS'
The overall winners of the 'Buckle Series' are as follows:
LOCKYER REGION -
Ladies Maiden - Teresa Arnold
Juvenile - Daniel Richards
Junior - Michael Story
BURNETT REGION -
Ladies Maiden - Jenny Robinson
Junenile - Aimee McBean
Junior - Nicole Lentini
'INTER-SCHOOL CAMPDRAFTING COMPETITION 2007'
Brigalow Country Clothing and several Campdrafting commitees have put
together an 'Inter-School Campdrafting Competition' which will be run
over 9 NOMINATED Campdrafts.
There will be a 1st place Male and Female Trophy or prize for each nominated age group
of the competition. Medallions and/or Certificates will be awarded for
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th place getters (dependant on sponsors).
A Brigalow **Inter-School Trophy will be awarded to the winning school.

'ENCOURAGEMENT AWARDS & BUCKLE SERIES'
The year of 2005 was the development year for the "Encouragement Awards"
by Brigalow Country Clothing Pty Ltd. With the help of a select number of
committees, Brigalow introduced these awards in recognition of the time and
effort competitors in 3 Divisions put into their sport. These divisions were
Juniors, Juvenile and Ladies Maiden Events
The 2006 season is going to be even bigger as not only are we planning to continue
with the "Encouragement Awards" for the 3 Divisions with each winner receiving
a clothing or merchansie voucher at each Campdraft, we are introducing a
"Buckle Series" to be decided over 6 NOMINATED campdrafts.
**The OVERALL winner from points awarded over the 6 NOMINATED campdrafts
will receive a "HAND MADE BRIGALOW BUCKLE".
